They gave us clean penthouse for additional blanket. The room had an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was central, short walk to the Central Phuket Floresta shopping mall, Phuket central and the Old Town...

The place is nicely designed. the staff is very nice and amiable. It has a central location, just a short stroll away from a grand marble-striped cathedral. the units are reasonably spacious and incredible.

Wonderful modern hotel experience

My wife and I recently stayed at Prime Town - Posh & Port Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautifully modern, with clean and comfortable rooms. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed using them during our stay. Additionally, the room service was excellent, and the staffs were friendly and helpful.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as having to navigate some stairs with our luggage before reaching the elevator and struggling to find information on local transportation options, these were easily outweighed by the positives of our stay. The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall was a bonus, making it convenient for us to explore and dine out.

The staff were affable and courteous, and the place was clean. the room was incredibly clean and equipped with air conditioning, an electronic key card, and satellite television - a nice surprise. the walk-in shower in the private bathroom was a plus.

Every visit to Phuket we like to stay here. Need to stay in this 4-star hotel. - the venue is in the central location in the middle of Jackson. - It's very close to Phuket Central, the Central Phuket Floresta shopping mall, and Phuket Town.

The room here had satellite TV, climate control, and a fridge with beautiful mountain views from the balcony.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to a big shopping mall, making it easy to do some shopping. the central area is also nearby, so getting around is a breeze 🛍️.

Our room was incredible and reasonably spacious. the location was marvelous, very close to the central Phuket Floresta shopping mall, Old Town, and Central Phuket, in a good area. - There was Phuket Thai Hua Museum, set within a 5-minute drive.

Wonderful hotel, top-notch staff, satisfied room, incredible pool access, well-appointed rooms.
